David Diamond
Founder Diamond Electric | Master Electrician
David Diamond is the founder of Diamond Electric and a proud family man, husband, father of one, grandfather of three, and dog owner. Born and raised on a small farm in northern Wisconsin, David developed a strong work ethic and hands-on approach early in life.
After graduating in 1984, David began his career in the electrical trade, gaining experience with several respected companies before launching his own business, David and his wife Paula started Diamond Electric, in 2003. His decades of industry expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality have helped establish the company as a trusted electrical contractor serving residential and commercial clients.
David and his wife Paula relocated to the St. Francis area in 2007 and remain deeply connected to the local community through charitable involvement and sponsorships. Outside of work, David enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family, including his two dogs, Willie and Sarah.
Ben Diamond
Co-Owner | Master Electrician
Ben Diamond was born and raised on a small farm in northern Wisconsin and has worked in the electrical industry since 1988. With more than three decades of hands-on electrical experience, Ben has built a reputation for dependable service, technical expertise, and strong customer relationships.
Ben earned his master’s electrical license in 2009 and continues to bring extensive field knowledge to every project. He enjoys working directly with homeowners and businesses to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical solutions.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys fishing, spending time with family, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as spring turkey hunting, trout fishing, and huckleberry picking. Ben and his wife share their home with three Springer Spaniels.
Hayden Diamond
Electrician
Hayden Diamond graduated from South Milwaukee High School in 2024 and represents the next generation of leadership within the family business. During high school, Hayden was actively involved in football, wrestling, and trap shooting, while also participating in construction and technical education programs.
Hayden joined the company in 2023 while still in high school and has continued developing his expertise in residential electrical services, customer service, and project support. He is passionate about growing the family business and delivering dependable electrical solutions to homeowners throughout the community.
Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting local sports teams, and giving back to the community through organizations such as the Gilbert Brown Foundation.
